Artwork Requirements
Please adhere to the following artwork requirements when submitting your artwork for print:
Software
Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Please note that we do not work with CorelDRAW and Adobe InDesign files. To avoid delays, please export your file in one of our preferred file types before sending it to our studio: PDF, EPS, or AI.
Templates
If you require an artwork template for your order, please feel free to contact us at hello@mrmediaonline.com. Templates are provided as PDF files.
Color
We recommend using the Pantone Color Process Guide to maintain corporate colors. Should you not have Pantones and the Customer is not fussy about color, we will print CMYK values as they appear in the artwork file provided, and the customer understands that there may be color variations and that the printed banners cannot be rejected on the basis of the wrong color. Please note we cannot print metallic or fluorescent colors.
File preparation for layouts
All fonts to be converted to curves. All images are to be saved in CMYK format. Images are to be supplied uncropped. Non-acceptable files/extensions: Bitmap (.bmp), Low-Resolution Images, Microsoft Word/ Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Paint.
Images
Images used in the artwork need to have a resolution of at least 300dpi.
Proofing
Once your artwork is submitted, we'll email you digital proofs for approval before printing your order. Spelling and legibility are the responsibility of the artwork supplier and not that of MrMedia. If we become aware of any inconsistencies or problems with the artwork, we will contact you.
Please note that there is a 50MB upload limit on our website. If your artwork exceeds this size, please send your artwork via WeTransfer to hello@mrmediaonline.com
